What This Service Is
Carrier Battle is a service by Perfect Competition that monitors phone plan pricing — across publicly available plans and through direct carrier negotiations — and alerts registered users when a deal meeting their savings threshold is found. Signing up places you on an alert list. It does not bind you to any plan, carrier, or purchase.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
What You're Signing Up For
By submitting the form you are:
- Registering your interest in receiving phone plan deal alerts
- Consenting to be contacted by email or phone when we find a qualifying deal
- Not committing to switch plans, purchase anything, or pay any fee
You are under no obligation to act on any deal we send you. Every alert is informational. Any switch you make is entirely your own decision.
No Guarantee of Deals
Signing up does not guarantee you will receive an alert. We only reach out if and when we find a deal — publicly available or negotiated — that meets the savings threshold you specified. Deals depend on carrier availability, your location, and market conditions. We make no promise of timing or outcome.
Our Role
Carrier Battle acts as an independent intermediary. When we negotiate with a carrier, we do so to create an offer we can pass on to our users — not as an agent or advocate for any individual user. We are not affiliated with any carrier and do not receive commissions that affect which deals we surface.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. You must not submit false contact details, use automated tools to submit the form, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove entries that appear fraudulent.
No Fees
Signing up is and will remain free. We do not charge you to be on the alert list. If that ever changes, we will communicate it clearly and it will never apply retroactively to existing signups.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of deal information, the suitability of any plan for your needs, or the uninterrupted availability of the site.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Competition and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or from any phone plan you choose to switch to.

Your use of this service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
